ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel an order you must email us at sales@caliperskins.com with your cancellation request and receive confirmation of cancellation from us.  

 

If you do so BEFORE we ship your order, you will receive a full refund.

 

If you cancel your order AFTER we ship it, or if your order is refused or not deliverable, we will deduct the returned shipping fees, and all credit card processing fees from your refund. 

 

Note: Shipping fees are not recoverable.  Shopify credit card processing fees are not recoverable and vary from 3.5% to 5% depending on your credit card and whether you used Shop Pay Installments. These non-recoverable fees are deducted because they are not refundable to us.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order.  If for some reason you are not, please return the Product  within 30 days for a full refund less the shipping charges you paid.  

 

SALES PRICE DISCOUNTS AND REDUCTION ADJUSTMENTS

We occasionally offer discounted sale prices throughout the year. Historically speaking, it can range from 5% to 25%. Our discounted promotional offers cannot be combined, but we do offer adjustments when you buy something and the price decreases. If you see a discounted price within 30 days of your purchase at a higher price, simply contact us by email at sales@caliperskins.com while the lower promotional price is still running.  If both conditions are met, we will issue you a refund for the difference.
